Tendring District Council has been providing work based learning programmes since 1983 through Career Track, a team within our People, Performance and Projects department.
Our delivery team are highly qualified and experienced and work directly with our apprentices in the workplace. We pride ourselves on offering a flexible provision with assessors combining work on a one to one basis with the apprentice in the workplace and off the job training and learning opportunities on our premises when and where required.
Each programme is designed to meet the needs of the apprentice and the employer which means we can easily adapt to the individual requirements of each employer as required.
Apprentices can start their apprenticeship at any time.
