Training provider overview

The Management Academy (TMA) specialises in the training and development of managers

Based in Oxfordshire, we train either at our head office in Aynho or at your premises.

We focus on the reality of daily practical challenges in the workplace, ensuring that training is tied to actual experiences and is not too theoretical. Our team of trainers have decades of management experience (at all levels) and are able to share this knowledge in a way that is memorable and replicable.

TMA is an ILM approved centre. For successfully completing the apprenticeship you will receive diplomas from the ILM. We also measure our success based on discernible improvements in performance back in the workplace.
