Training provider overview

Redsky specialise in delivering bespoke Leadership and Management programmes. The team are highly qualified and experienced, challenging and equipping individuals to achieve outstanding success.

Our apprenticeship programmes are bespoke to client and apprentice needs. Initially we undertake an in depth Diagnostic and use the information to design tailor made programmes incorporating a business improvement project . Programmes are delivered using a combination of facilitator led workshops, Group Coaching sessions, individual Development Coaching, development activities, webinars and access to online resources. The sessions can be delivered on or off site or using the Redsky in house training room facilities.
