We are an independent training provider based in the heart of Birmingham, offering a range of apprenticeships, traineeships, and commercial training programmes, that aim to start or enhance peoples careers. Our programmes have been specially designed to develop the key skills and behaviours needed to be successful in employment.

Our programmes start from preparing young people for employment through to delivering level 5 apprenticeships in various sectors.

Having been in business since 1984, we have built a strong reputation for identifying and maximising peoples potential, with an emphasis on helping our learners establish a positive attuite towards themselves, other and their work.
