Training provider overview
NCAL Limited is based at Canterbury and has been supporting large employers to design, deliver and continuously improve qualification and apprenticeship programmes since 1998. We cover the whole of England.
Our key objective is to make sure that apprenticeship programmes fit well into our clients' businesses to deliver meaningful results without creating significant extra work - a business as usual model. Our apprenticeships are dovetailed into our employers' learning and development strategies to create individual, bespoke programmes.
Our primary areas of expertise are in hospitality, leadership and management but we have over the years designed programmes in broader areas such as care, retail and facilities management.
