Training provider overview

We improve the life chances of young people through training and employment. Since 2009, the Training Academy has been providing training to prepare individuals to deliver engaging and innovative sport and physical activities in their local communities. The combination of an employer-centred, insight-led approach to developing training and a base of skilled tutors with frontline expertise has allowed us to develop training programmes and resources that engage and retain young people in work based learning and employment. We have used our successful experience to design and deliver apprenticeship programmes that are flexible and inclusive.
