Training provider overview

RTS Training has been a leading work based training provider throughout the East Midlands since 2005.

We have established excellent employer links (many of our employers having been with us from the start!). Our unique selling points are our flexibility and going the extra mile for our employers and their apprentices. Our team will also guide you through the funding processes (including privately funded, levy paying and non-levy paying organisations).

At RTS we are responsive to the individual employer needs, developing learning programmes to give direct benefit to both the employer organisation and the apprentice. We hold the view that any qualification programme must have a direct and measurable impact, to the employer organisation.
