Morson Human Resources T/A Morson Vital Training deliver professional training programmes for people working in the UK's Rail Industry, and in December 2016 were the first UK Rail Training provider to be awarded the prestigious "Platinum" status by awarding body NSAR, recognising our commitment to quality and continued approach to going above and beyond the mandate. Morson Vital training is part of the wider Morson Group.

We deliver training and assessments for apprentices, un-employed trainees, rail operatives and managers from a suite of UK wide training academies. Our main training academy in the North West offers a variety of rail courses ranging from track engineering and safety courses through to higher level apprenticeships.
