An award-winning training provider specialising in Improvement and quality apprenticeships. Recognised for our ‘Outstanding Contribution to Apprenticeships’ for our work as part of the trailblazer group and winner of the Chartered Quality Institute’s ‘Organisation of the Year’ in 2020.

Capella have experience of working with over 350 employers across: Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, the Public Sector and Voluntary Services to develop Continuous Improvement expertise. 

Our tutors are qualified Lean Six Sigma experts with extensive practical experience and a passion for continuous improvement. We also provide regular programme reviews to keep you up to date on the progress of your apprentices.
