Training provider overview

South Staffordshire College has 4 campuses across Staffordshire. We provide full-time and part-time courses, and have a long history of collaborating with employers in the Midlands to introduce apprentices to the workplace in a flexible way that benefits your business.

Apprenticeships are made up of 3 main components:

  • Knowledge / Theory (Technical Certificate) - Usually delivered in college

  • Practical Training (Work-based assessments - NVQ / Diploma)

  • Functional Skills (Maths, English and sometimes IT)

All apprenticeships must last at least 12 months and you can start most apprenticeships at any time of the year.

Please contact our Business Development Team who are on hand to answer any questions about training or recruitment, or to arrange a visit with one of our Advisers.
