UWTSD's mission statement 'Transforming education: transforming lives' is delivered by creating distinctive professional and employment-focused programmes. We work with businesses to nurture employees into professionals with the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to succeed, to perform at their best, and to improve productivity.

Our degree and higher apprenticeships are taught by lecturers who are industry professionals, creating a learning experience focused on making a difference by encouraging apprentices to apply their learning to their working practice. Awarded TEF Silver in 2019.

We have campuses in Wales, London and Birmingham, and also deliver learning in employer-based settings.
