Training provider overview

Formed in 1957, the Thermal Insulation Contractors Association (TICA) is a trade association formed to promote its Membership, representing organisations throughout the industrial and commercial insulation industry. TICA is the sole deliverer of an ongoing, UK wide Thermal Insulation Apprenticeship programme. Apprentices from across the UK attend the National Training Centre in Darlington to complete their Technical Certificates, English & maths (if required), their S/NVQ qualifications are assessed by our Training Officers in the workplace. The apprenticeship is designed to meet the specific needs of the Thermal Insulation industry and the course contents are regularly reviewed and updated in line with new developments within the industry.
